Latest reviews of Math Superheroes - Learn math while having fun app for iPhone and iPad
My had fun for a few minutes but now the games are all repeating and I cant get the sound to work.
For a paid app I expected more than one of each game - like one paint by number, with the same equations every time? My 6 year old played it for less than 10 min and he had done everything on it. Dissapointed...
There are several games which auto shutdown as you play. The game screen goes black and sends you back to the main iTouch screen. The counting game features such tiny items that its hard to "touch" them and you wind up pressing the screen repeatedly hoping that the x appears on the teeny eggplant. I dont think anyone tested this app on the iTouch. Otherwise it is cute. But cute is no good when you get frustrated with or kicked out of most games.
I accidentally purchased this app. My 6 yr. old played it for a little while. The games would be worthwhile if the math problems werent the exact same ones in the exact same order every time. Do not waste your money!!
Each of the sets of math problems are the same each time you do them. There doesnt seem to be a progression to the puzzles. It will not teach basic math to your kids.
